CFM Use Guidelines
Indicate clearly the issue or compliment, use sector key words in your message where applicable e.g (school, doctor, road, corruption, seeds) e.t.c.
Indicate clearly your location: town, district or county
Do not include your name in the message if you want to be anonymous
We care about your confidentiality and nothing you say will be used as retribution against you
The CFM is not a political avenue therefore you are urged and encouraged to avoid politics
Do not use abusive language. Messages with abusive language will be filtered.
A service provider must respond to feedback immediately and precisely. if there is no readily available response the service provider will ask for time and indicate time frame to resolve the concern.
The service provider is required to indicate if the concern has no immediate solution and provide alternative redress to the concern where applicable
